EV chargers
EV charging for industrial warehouses in Seville, Spain: estates, fleets and staff
We install EV charging for your industrial warehouse in Seville, Spain so you can charge the van fleet, company cars and your employees' cars: three-phase chargers of 11 to 22 kW, a load manager so you never exceed your contracted power and, if you have a roof, charging from your own solar panels.

EV charging for industrial warehouses in Seville: what we solve
A warehouse is nothing like a home garage. It has a three-phase supply, often spare power at night, vehicles that all come back at the same time and a main switchboard designed for machinery. Well-planned EV charging at an industrial warehouse in Seville, Spain makes the most of all that:
- Fleet charging at base, overnight, with one charger per van.
- Charging for employees and visitors during working hours, with card identification.
- Power sharing between all the points so you do not have to increase the supply.
- Solar charging when there is a roof available.
Industrial estates in Seville where we work
We know the profile of the estates (polígonos) around Seville: PISA in Mairena del Aljarafe, La Isla in Dos Hermanas, Fridex in Alcalá de Guadaíra, Calonge, Store, Carretera Amarilla, El Pino, the Aeropuerto estate, La Negrilla, Navisur, the Torneo business park and the PCT Cartuja technology park. The pattern repeats itself: warehouses with spare power at night, delivery fleets and employees who arrive by car. The Cartuja Low Emission Zone, with fines from 2026 for vehicles without an environmental label, is also pushing companies there to renew their fleets.
How we design the installation
- We study the power available in the warehouse and the consumption curve of the machinery.
- We choose the ITC-BT-52 layout (the Spanish regulation for EV charging): usually layout 1, a shared installation with a load manager, or layout 4b, with a dedicated switchboard for the car park.
- We size the chargers: 11 or 22 kW three-phase in mode 3 with a Type 2 connector, and DC fast charging only if operations require it.
- We protect each point with a 30 mA type A RCD with 6 mA DC detection, or a type B RCD, a C-curve circuit breaker and a surge protector.
- We set up the load manager and the OCPP management platform, with RFID cards for each vehicle.
If the points add up to more than 50 kW, we coordinate the engineering project and the initial inspection. For homes or shared residential garages, see home EV charger installation and EV chargers in communal garages.
Warehouse, fleet and solar
Seville gets around 3,000 hours of sunshine a year. If your vehicles spend the day at the warehouse, the chargers can run on what the roof panels produce, and dynamic load balancing stops charging from pushing up your power demand when the machinery starts. We put the whole package together with solar for businesses and with warehouse electrics if the switchboard needs extending.
How we work
- Site visit to the warehouse with your maintenance or fleet manager.
- Technical proposal and fixed quote in writing, with number of points, power and software.
- Installation outside your busiest hours when the supply has to be cut.
- Installation certificate, technical design report or engineering project, and registration with the Junta de Andalucía, the regional government.
- Commissioning of the load manager, card registration and training for your team.
Guide prices
Each warehouse is quoted as a project. As a reference, installed cable costs about 6 to 6.50 euros per metre on average plus 21 % VAT (7.26 to 7.87 euros in total) and goes up with the cable size, and smart chargers cost 800 to 2,500 euros plus VAT (968 to 3,025 euros in total) depending on features. If you want to charge third parties for using the chargers, see public EV charging with OCPP and payment. All charging options are under EV charger installation, and our general rates are on the prices page.
Frequently asked questions
Is it compulsory to install chargers at my warehouse in Spain?
If the building is not residential and its car park has more than 20 spaces, it had to have one charging station for every 40 spaces or part thereof from 1 January 2023. New warehouses licensed from 16 December 2022 must also have ducting for charging in 20 % of the spaces. We tell you how many points apply to you.
What charger power suits a fleet of vans?
For overnight charging at base, chargers of 7.4 to 22 kW, one per vehicle, with dynamic power sharing, plus an optional fast charger for unexpected needs. Warehouses usually have a three-phase supply, which allows 11 and 22 kW. We size the power according to the daily mileage of each vehicle and the hours it stays parked.
Do I need an engineering project?
Only if the charging infrastructure exceeds 50 kW in total, or if it is outdoors and exceeds 10 kW. With a project there is also an initial inspection by an authorised inspection body (OCA) and periodic inspections every 5 years after that. Below those thresholds the installation certificate with its technical design report is enough.
Can I charge the fleet with the solar panels on the roof?
Yes, and in Seville it makes a lot of sense if the vehicles are at the warehouse during the day. Compatible chargers read the meter and adjust the charge to what the panels are producing. It is the warehouse, fleet and solar combination we are seeing most on the industrial estates around the city.
Are there grants for company chargers in 2026?
MOVES III closed applications on 31 December 2025, and as of today there is no open call in Andalusia for chargers. For the vehicles there is MOVES Flotas: 9,000 euros per N1 van and 12,000 euros per N2 vehicle, with scrappage. Check any tax incentives for companies with your accountant (asesor).
How do I know how much each driver charges?
With RFID cards or key fobs per vehicle or per employee and management software connected over OCPP. You see each user's consumption, can recharge it to them or limit who uses each point. If employees charge their private cars, the same platform lets you bill them for the energy.

EV charger in a communal garage
An EV charger in a communal garage in Spain only requires you to notify the comunidad (the homeowners' association): no vote, no permission. We run the line from your meter to your parking space in Seville, install the charger with its protection devices and register the boletín.
EV charging for businesses and fleets
We install fleet EV charging in Seville, Spain: chargers for your company vehicles, for staff and for the customer car park, with user management by card, power sharing and consumption tracking per vehicle. We also handle the engineering project and the legalisation.
Dynamic load balancing
EV charger dynamic load balancing in Seville, Spain measures what your home is using in real time and adjusts the charger so you never exceed your contracted power (potencia contratada). You charge the car without paying for more power and without the power limiter cutting everything off when the oven or the air conditioning comes on.
Solar EV charging
A solar EV charger in Seville, Spain lets you charge your electric car with the energy your roof does not use. We install the wallbox with its meter so it charges only from solar surplus, or from surplus plus a minimum from the grid, and if you do not have panels yet, we carry out the complete installation.
