Services in this area

Solar panels for self-consumption

We install solar panels in Seville, Spain and the surrounding province on a turnkey basis: we study your consumption and your roof, fit panels, inverter and protection devices, and handle the legalisation and the compensation for your surplus energy. With Seville's sunshine, each kW installed saves an average of about 189 euros a year.

Solar batteries

We install solar batteries in Seville, Spain, lithium units in new installations or added to panels you already have, so the energy left over at midday can be used in the evening and at night. First we use your real consumption to work out whether it pays off, how much capacity you need and which inverter is required.

Shared solar for buildings

We install solar panels for apartment buildings in Seville, Spain with shared self-consumption (autoconsumo colectivo): panels on the communal roof, energy shared out among the neighbours who take part using allocation coefficients and, if agreed, for the stairwell lighting, the lift and the garage too. We prepare the study for the owners' meeting and handle all the paperwork.

Solar for businesses

We install commercial solar panels in Seville, Spain: self-consumption systems of 15 to 100 kW or more on warehouse roofs, solar carports in car parks and solar pumping on farms, with an engineering project, legalisation under Royal Decree 244/2019 and a study that matches your consumption curve against real production.

Off-grid solar and solar kits

We install off-grid solar systems in the province of Seville, Spain when there is no grid connection or bringing one in does not pay off: panels, batteries, charge controller and inverter for country houses, plots, farm buildings, wells and caravans, sized for what you will connect and with backup for cloudy days.

Heat pump electrics

We carry out the heat pump electrical connection in Seville, Spain for aerothermal systems (aerotermia): a dedicated line from the fuse board, its own protections, adapting your contracted power and, if the unit's data sheet requires it, moving to three-phase, with the boletín registered with the Junta de Andalucía. You choose the unit and its heating installer; we leave the electrics ready and safe.

Contracted power and tariff

We carry out a contracted power review in Seville, Spain based on data, not guesswork: we measure your real consumption peaks and adjust the peak and off-peak power of the 2.0TD tariff so you do not pay for potencia contratada (contracted power) you never use, and the limiter does not keep cutting your supply. Ideal before adding an induction hob, air conditioning or an EV charger.

Energy audit

We carry out a business energy audit in Seville, Spain: we measure consumption, find where the energy goes and propose LED, controls, solar self-consumption, reactive power compensation and power adjustment, each measure with its cost, saving and payback period. We also arrange energy performance certificates for homes.

Capacitors and reactive energy

We install power factor correction in Seville, Spain with a capacitor bank, so you stop paying the reactive energy surcharge that appears on the bills of many warehouses, workshops, hotels and shops. We measure with a power quality analyser, size the bank in kVAr and leave it adjusted so the penalty disappears.

Solar panel maintenance

We carry out solar panel maintenance in Seville, Spain: panel cleaning, thermal imaging to find damaged cells and connections, and checks of the inverter, protections and monitoring. You recover the production lost to dust and to faults nobody sees, even if another company installed your system.

Self-consumption solar in Spain: what it costs in Seville in 2026

Seville has around 3,000 hours of sunshine a year, which makes self-consumption solar (autoconsumo) one of the best ways to cut your electricity bill. A solar panels installation includes panels, inverter, protection devices and full legalisation, with compensation for the surplus you export (excedentes) credited on your bill. Market references:

  • 5 kW system: 5,500 to 7,000 euros.
  • Price per kWp installed: 850 to 1,300 euros.
  • 6 kWp with a 5 kWh battery: 10,000 to 14,000 euros.

All prices are plus 21 % VAT. Batteries can also be added to an existing system when your consumption pattern makes them worthwhile. Self-consumption is governed by Royal Decree 244/2019 and the electrical side by ITC-BT-40 of the REBT. The houses of the metropolitan belt (Tomares, Bormujos, Mairena, La Rinconada) are the typical case; all the areas we cover are in areas.

Communal buildings, businesses and off-grid homes

  • Shared self-consumption: a system on the building’s roof whose energy is split between owners by coefficients. Royal Decree 244/2019 allows it to be shared with nearby consumers, a distance that Royal Decree-law 20/2022 extended from 500 to 2,000 metres.
  • Businesses, warehouses and farms: systems of 15 to 100 kW or more on industrial roofs, and solar pumping. Above 10 kW, ITC-BT-04 requires a full engineer’s design.
  • Off-grid systems: solar kits for country houses, plots and warehouses with no grid supply.

Aerothermal heat pumps, contracted power and solar EV charging

An aerothermal heat pump (aerotermia, the air-to-water system that provides heating, cooling and hot water in most new builds) needs a dedicated line, its own protection and sometimes more power or even a three-phase supply. We do that electrical work, which costs roughly 300 to 800 euros.

Before raising your power, it is worth knowing how much you really use: with a meter we study your consumption and adjust the peak and off-peak powers of the 2.0TD domestic tariff (study 50 to 150 euros). And if you have an electric car, you can charge it with the surplus from your panels using a solar-ready charger; see EV charger installation.

Efficiency for businesses: reactive energy, audits and maintenance

Many companies pay a monthly penalty for reactive energy that disappears with a capacitor bank (1,500 to 6,000 euros depending on power). We carry out efficiency audits with consumption measurements and proposals for LED, controls and self-consumption, and maintain solar installations (cleaning, thermal imaging of panels, inverter check) for 120 to 300 euros per residential visit. Guide prices for the whole speciality are on the prices page, and the other specialities in services.

Certificates and power analysis within other services

These two jobs are carried out as part of another service:

  • Energy performance certificate: the A to G label you need to sell or rent a home (Royal Decree 390/2021). It is issued by a qualified partner technician and we arrange it, often together with an audit or a change to the installation. From around 70 euros, ordered through our energy audit service.
  • Power quality analysers: we leave a recording analyser for several days to measure harmonics, phase imbalance, micro-cuts and surges, and deliver a report under UNE-EN 50160. It is the step before sizing a capacitor bank or making a claim to the distribution company. 250 to 600 euros per study. It is covered within power factor correction.

Frequently asked questions

How much do solar panels cost on a house in Seville, Spain?

A 5 kW self-consumption system costs between 5,500 and 7,000 euros plus VAT on the market, fully legalised. As a general reference, the price is 850 to 1,300 euros per kWp. If you add a battery, a 6 kWp system with 5 kWh of storage comes to 10,000 to 14,000 euros.

Is it worth adding a battery to solar panels?

It depends on when you use electricity. If you are out during the day and use most of it in the evening and at night, a battery stores the surplus produced at midday. In 2025, 61 % of new residential installations in Spain already included a battery. We run the numbers with your real consumption before you decide.

Can solar panels be installed in a block of flats (comunidad)?

Yes, through shared self-consumption (autoconsumo colectivo): a system on the communal roof whose energy is split between the participating owners according to agreed coefficients. It is regulated by Royal Decree 244/2019 and needs the agreement of the owners' meeting. It can also be shared with nearby consumers within the distance the rules allow.

How much can solar panels save each year?

According to the Spanish renewable energy association APPA, the average residential saving was 189 euros per kW installed per year in 2025. In Seville, with so many hours of sun, production is high, but the real saving depends on how much energy you use while the panels are producing and on your tariff.
