A local electrician in Seville: every area is different

A fault in a 1970 flat (apartment) in Los Remedios is not the same as one in a 2005 terraced house in Montequinto or in an old casa de vecinos (courtyard building) in Triana. The year of construction, the type of building and even how the area is used (residential, shops, holiday lets) change what an electrician finds when opening the fuse board (breaker panel). That is why each area page explains the homes, the typical faults and the services most in demand there.

Seville city: 11 districts

In Seville city we work in all 11 municipal districts: Casco Antiguo, Macarena, Norte, Nervión, San Pablo-Santa Justa, Este-Alcosa-Torreblanca, Cerro-Amate, Sur, Bellavista-La Palmera, Triana and Los Remedios. These neighbourhoods have their own page in English:

• City centre: historic buildings and apartments, many of them holiday lets.
• Triana and Los Remedios, on the west bank of the river.
• Nervión, with many blocks of flats from the 1960s to the 1980s.
• Sevilla Este, with newer buildings and new-build developments.

Metropolitan area and the Aljarafe
