A reliable electrician in Seville, with verified reviews

Expats often ask in Facebook and WhatsApp groups for a reliable electrician, because word of mouth is all they have. Reviews only help if they come from real customers. That is why Pulso Eléctrico’s reviews are on our Google profile, where only people with an account can write and where we cannot delete or edit them. On this website we do not publish testimonials we cannot back up: when we show a customer’s review, it is because they gave us permission and it matches the one they left on Google.

To read them, search for “Pulso Eléctrico” on Google or Google Maps and open the reviews tab. You will see the average rating, the number of reviews and our replies.

How we ask for your review

When each job is finished we ask you to rate the service, never before payment and never in exchange for a discount:

  1. When we hand over the invoice we give you the direct link to our Google profile, on paper with a QR code or by WhatsApp.
  2. We ask you to say what happened: what the problem was, in which area, whether we arrived when we said and whether the price matched the quote. Specific reviews like these help other residents most.
  3. We reply to all of them, including the ones that are not good. If something went wrong, we would rather know and fix it.

What to look for in an electrician’s reviews

If you are comparing electricians, look for reviews that mention these points rather than just the average score:

  • A clear price from the start. The quote was in writing and the invoice matched what was agreed.
  • Punctuality. They arrived at the agreed time or warned of a delay, especially in an emergency.
  • Explanations. They told you what had happened and why, without jargon or needless alarm.
  • Tidiness. They left the home as they found it.
  • Paperwork. They handed over the boletín when the job required it, and a detailed invoice.
  • The fault did not come back. Reviews written weeks after the job say a lot.

And be wary of any electrician who does not show their company details. Ours are on the about page.
