Solar panels in Dos Hermanas, Seville, Spain: self-consumption for villas, townhouses and warehouses
We install solar panels in Dos Hermanas, Seville, Spain, as a turnkey job: on the new villas and semi-detached homes of Entrenúcleos, on Montequinto townhouses with tiled roofs and on the warehouses of La Isla, with a study of your bills, legalisation and surplus compensation included.

Solar panels in Dos Hermanas: your home decides the installation
Dos Hermanas has about 140,430 residents and nearly every type of home in the province: brand-new villas and semi-detached houses in Entrenúcleos, 1980s and 1990s townhouses in Montequinto and Condequinto, houses and blocks in the old town and warehouses on La Isla. Each needs a different installation, but they all share the essentials: one kWp of panels here produces roughly 1,600 to 1,750 kWh a year, and summer air conditioning coincides with the sunniest hours. What the full service includes is on our solar panels page.
Entrenúcleos: new houses with heat pumps
In the Entrenúcleos house developments, such as the 28 semi-detached Enea homes or the Insur villas at Creta III and Ares IV, the roof is yours and freshly built, with no tree shade or old aerials. With good orientation there is room for 4 to 5 kW.
These houses usually have an aerothermal heat pump (aerotermia) for hot water and ducted air conditioning pre-installed, two electrical loads that work during the day. That makes self-consumption (autoconsumo) perform especially well: much of what the panels produce is used on the spot, without going through the grid. If you have or will have an electric car, about 2 kWp of extra panels covers almost all its kilometres if you charge by day.
Some developments already come with solar. Habitat’s Alvareda is handed over with an A rating, solar panels and a heat pump. In those cases our job is different: checking who owns the installation, whether it can take a solar battery and whether extending it is worthwhile. The rest of the area’s new build is on our Entrenúcleos new-build page.
Montequinto and Condequinto: townhouses with tiled roofs
Montequinto grew with estates of townhouses and villas with garden and garage. When the roof is pitched and tiled, the installation changes:
- Tile-hook mounting, anchored without breaking the waterproofing.
- A roof check first, because there is no point fitting panels for 25 years on tiles that will need replacing in five.
- A surge protector, required for solar and missing from many fuse boards in these houses; see surge protection.
For a family with air conditioning in a townhouse here, we usually propose 4 to 5 kW, adjusted to their bills.
Old town and blocks: shared self-consumption
In the one and two-storey houses of the old town the roof is small, but it usually allows a modest installation covering daytime use. In blocks of flats the roof is communal, so the natural route is shared solar for buildings: one installation on the building’s roof whose output is split among the participating neighbours by coefficients. The law allows associated consumers to be up to 2,000 metres from the panels.
Warehouses on the La Isla estate
La Isla units have large roofs, three-phase supply and daytime activity, the perfect profile for self-consumption. Above 10 kW the installation needs a full project, and it is often combined with chargers for the fleet. See solar for businesses.

Frequently asked questions
My Alvareda home already has solar. Can I extend it or add a battery?
Yes. Alvareda is handed over with an A energy rating, solar panels and an aerothermal heat pump, and the first step is checking whether the panels belong to your home or to the comunidad, and which inverter they use. With that we tell you whether it can take a battery or more panels. A battery stores the midday surplus for the evening, when air conditioning use peaks in Dos Hermanas.
Can panels go on a Montequinto townhouse with a tiled roof?
Yes. We use a mounting system with tile hooks anchored to the roof structure without breaking the waterproofing, and we check the condition of the tiles first. If the roof has a slope facing south or west, it takes 4 to 5 kW, enough for much of the consumption of a family with air conditioning.
What happens to the electricity my panels produce when I am not at home?
It goes to the grid as excedentes (surplus) and, under the simplified compensation scheme for self-consumption, your supplier credits it against the energy part of your bill each month. The credit is lower than the price you pay for grid power, which is why using the energy as it is produced, or storing it in a battery, saves the most.

Solar batteries
We install solar batteries in Seville, Spain, lithium units in new installations or added to panels you already have, so the energy left over at midday can be used in the evening and at night. First we use your real consumption to work out whether it pays off, how much capacity you need and which inverter is required.
Shared solar for buildings

Solar for businesses
We install commercial solar panels in Seville, Spain: self-consumption systems of 15 to 100 kW or more on warehouse roofs, solar carports in car parks and solar pumping on farms, with an engineering project, legalisation under Royal Decree 244/2019 and a study that matches your consumption curve against real production.
Heat pump electrics
We carry out the heat pump electrical connection in Seville, Spain for aerothermal systems (aerotermia): a dedicated line from the fuse board, its own protections, adapting your contracted power and, if the unit's data sheet requires it, moving to three-phase, with the boletín registered with the Junta de Andalucía. You choose the unit and its heating installer; we leave the electrics ready and safe.
Solar EV charging
A solar EV charger in Seville, Spain lets you charge your electric car with the energy your roof does not use. We install the wallbox with its meter so it charges only from solar surplus, or from surplus plus a minimum from the grid, and if you do not have panels yet, we carry out the complete installation.
