Standing on a chair on a table is not an option. 4. We switch off the circuit at the fuse box before touching anything.
5. We change and test, and take the old lamps and tubes to an authorised waste handler.

If you have other jobs pending on the same visit, we combine them with our small electrical repairs.

Price

This service is quoted according to the height, the access and the number of points. The main cost is usually the access equipment: a professional ladder in a living room has nothing in common with a mobile platform in a warehouse. That is why we recommend grouping every high-level light in the area into a single job. We give you a fixed price, plus 21 % VAT, from photos or after a visit. More references on the prices page.

Regulations

Work at height is carried out under Royal Decree 2177/2004, which regulates the use of ladders, scaffolding and other temporary work equipment at height, and light fittings are connected under the Spanish Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulation.
